Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • Item must have its original tags and packaging intact
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn, used, or altered items
  • Items that have been styled or cut
  • Items that have been dyed or chemically treated
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@52hair.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely. 52Hair is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • PayPal refunds: May take 24-48 hours to appear on your account

Exchange Options

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
