At 52Hair, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and convenient. Here's everything you need to know about shipping your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Domestic (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days — FREE on orders over $100
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days — $15.00
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days — $25.00
International
- Canada & Europe: 7-15 business days — $20.00
- Other Countries: 10-20 business days — $25.00
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Direct Factory Shipping
Some items may ship directly from our factory to ensure faster delivery or product availability. This typically adds 3-5 business days to the estimated delivery time. You will be notified if your order includes items with direct factory shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation.
You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Entering your tracking number on the carrier's website
- Logging into your 52Hair account to view order status
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. 52Hair is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours at info@52hair.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
International Shipping
For international orders, please note:
- Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
- Customs Delays: Customs processes vary by country and may cause unexpected delays. 52Hair has no control over customs procedures.
- Package Inspection: Customs authorities may inspect packages, which can occasionally result in delays.
Signature Requirements
Most packages are delivered without a signature requirement. If you require a signature upon delivery, please contact us after placing your order to arrange this service (additional fees may apply).
Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal by recipient
We will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to most PO Box addresses. APO/FPO military addresses are also accepted. Please allow additional time for delivery to these locations.
